3.2 Online Programs
(MoveMode, Fuel Formula, ProgressPulse)

All digital programs and online coaching packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.

This applies to personalized training, nutrition, and coaching services.

Because these services are digital and customized, no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued.

If you face a technical issue (like not being able to access your plan), Zenith will either fix it promptly or issue a credit toward a future service at its discretion.
3.3 In-Person Sessions
(1:1 Personal Training, Yoga, or Physiotherapy)

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via our platform or an authorized payment method.
